We strive to serve basic needs in a non-toxic, tasty, nourishing and environmentally-conscious way by providing organic prepared food, organic groceries and produce, environmentally-friendly household products, and Internet service. We also have a large selection of vitamins and herbal supplements, and we cater to special diets by selling vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free and raw products.
Groceries and Produce
Our produce section features fresh fruits and vegetables that are all organically grown. We sell organic eggs produced by free-running hens, a variety of soy milks and meat-free cold cuts such as “Tofurky,” as well as organic milk, cheese, yogurt and sliced meat. We also sell canned goods, pasta, frozen foods, cookies and snacks,
tea, condiments, ice cream and beverages. Popular specialty ingredients include agave, a sweetener made from a desert plant; honey made by local bees; raw cacao beans; spelt, soy, tapioca, brown rice and potato flour; gluten-free cookies; and organic baby food.
In our bulk section, customers can buy nuts, granola and dried fruit, including goji berries and figs.
Supplements
We carry a wide assortment of the highest quality vitamins, herbs, homeopathics and flower essences available! Popular items include food-based Vitamin B-12, a supplement often requested by vegetarians; acidophilus, a pro-biotic that aids digestion; antioxidants such as Acai; multivitamins; kava kava for stress and anxiety; lysine for cold sores, herpes viruses and improved recovery from injuries; echinacea and golden seal for immune support; and St. John's wort for depression.

We offer free wireless service and in-house computers at $9
